If you have registered for an Individual account and cannot login, please contact support@mycampdirector.com ASAP!
Keep in mind that Group Leader accounts may take up to 24 hours (longer if the account was created on a weekend) to be verified. Council staff must confirm that you are a registered volunteer and allow access to the group account. Sensitive data about the youth members of the group may be available once this account access has been allowed. Thank you for your patience with this process.
