Accounts can be upgraded and downgraded from Individual to Group Leader accounts if needed.
If you need your account type changed from individual to group leader please email support@mycampdirector.com
Our support staff will process the upgrade request which will prompt account verification by the council staff. Your account will be locked until verified by the council. Once verified you will have access restored with your new permissions set to Group Leader. No account data will be lost in the upgrade process.
If you have a Group Leader account and nolonger need that level of access, we can downgrade your account to an individual account. No data will be lost in this process either. Just contact support@mycampdirector
If you request a downgrade to an individual account then need to be upgraded to a Group Leader account, you will have to go through the verification process again.
